Please note:
We cannot offer refunds on any damaged, washed, dirty or worn items. If it is beauty items we cannot offer refunds if the seal or packaging is not in place, has been broken, taken off or damaged.
Due to hygiene reasons and other – no refunds or returns on:
Shoes and handbags must not be damaged, dirty or be worn outdoors to qualify for a refund.
All items must be returned in original dk-studios packaging.
No returns for items with makeup stains or any sort of stains. (Please be careful when trying on.)
No refunds on sale items.
Please note: We charge 10% on all returns for handling fees.
Returns must be done within 5 working days of receiving your parcel not including weekends.
Items that do not meet the above criteria will be denied.
dk-studios reserves the right to not grant a refund if all the above criteria are not met.
dk-studios does not accept responsibility on any damaged or lost items while in courier transit.
Once we have received a return and inspected the items, you will be notified via email in registering, on receiving your return, and a refund will be done in 7 days plus a 10% handling fee, if all is in order.
On returns, please email us your order number, name, cellphone number, address and email address.
