As all items are made to order, returns will only be accepted for defective products. If you believe your item is defective, please email us at returns@dk-studios.com to request a return. We do not process return requests via Instagram direct messages.
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for any other reason. If you experience any issues with your order, contact us at returns@dk-studios.com and our fulfilment team will assist you.
For international orders, shipping rates do not include customs or import duties that may be charged once your package reaches its destination. These charges vary depending on the value, material, and origin of the goods, and are determined by customs officials in your country.
You may not always be required to pay import duties, but we strongly advise you to familiarise yourself with your country’s import regulations to avoid unexpected charges.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, holding periods, unclaimed parcels, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If you choose not to pay import taxes or duties and reject the parcel, your order will not be refunded.
